  1. When Cres & I attempted the online business, its original intent was to display and sell Cres's recipes. Her recipes had undergone several evolution's from tasty to healthier, to health specific, eg., those with high blood pressure, etc. I felt that that would not make any profit on its own. Perhaps i should had stuck with that as a beginning, but i said we should sell kitchen and dinning items , Italian dinner wares, as well. Any way. it failed as the business the agreed to work with me withdrew. i don't think we have the energy or the time to pursue that goal again. Also, in ours six or seven moves over these past three and a half years, Cres decided to toss nearly all the 20 to 30 binders of the recipes. She now has only a short stack on a shelf in a cabinet of her choice ones at home here. I have poems and short writings and like to write to people in need in the vein of what I've written to you and wrote to Regina. So, really do not have a "business" model to build a business on. Perhaps even doing only that might help you in designing your platform? Dale
